The Problem

Unfortunately, our city’s public school district is one of the lowest performing school districts in the nation. Experts have pointed to a lack of parental involvement, a shortage of properly trained instructors and unmotivated students who face harsh life circumstances.

 

Our Solution

The education module endorses college enrollment and provides students with the proper resources to apply to school successfully. The education module also enforces classroom etiquette and study skills for a more productive environment in the classroom. The mentorship and tutoring components act as a supplemental resource for students to learn pertinent material and produce satisfactory scores on standardized tests. In addition, our Parents as Partners and Teachers as Partners program provides extra resources and incentives for parents and teachers to persist as driving forces in our students' education.
